Seit 2014 verst\u00e4rkt der geb\u00fcrtige Th\u00fcringer das K\u00fcchenteam des Burg Vital Resort 5*S. Gelernt hat er u.a. bei keinem Geringeren als Thorsten Probost, der bis 2019 die Geschicke in der K\u00fcche des Resorts lenkte.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aber alles der Reihe nach. Dominic ist vielseitig begabt, was seine ausgezeichnete Ausbildung beweist. Er wurde am 19. April 1989 in Schleiz in Th\u00fcringen geboren. Schon einmal geh\u00f6rt? Schleiz ist eine Kreisstadt des Saale-Orla-Kreises und liegt im S\u00fcdosten Th\u00fcringens an der Wisenta, einem Nebenfluss der Saale, auf den Hochebenen des Vogtlandes. Seine Ausbildung zum Koch genoss er im Relais und Ch\u00e2teaux Hotel Jagdhof im Stubaital von 2005 bis 2008. Gemeinsam schaffen sie es, Heimisches und Internationales neu und variantenreich zu interpretieren. Dar\u00fcber hinaus geben sie ihr Bekenntnis zu \u00f6sterreichischen Klassikern im Restaurant\u201eDas Wirtshaus ab.
