Featuring two unique culinary lines "Simply Enjoy" and "vitalCOOKING," our kitchen team reinterprets traditional and international dishes along with healthy and vegetarian options. Long awarded by Gault Millau, restaurant Picea reflects the experience, know-how and creativity of our team led by Executive Chef Benedict Jakob, Chef Joel Hahnloser and Chef Pâtissière Annika Beutel .

Opening hours
Our restaurant Picea is open daily during the summer season (12th of July to 21st of September 2025) and winter season (5th of December 2025 to 12th of April 2026).
- Breakfast from 7.30 am to 10.30 am
- Lunch from 12.00 am to 3.00 pm
- Afternoon menu from 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm
- Dinner from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm

Reservations
Reservations are required for external guests.
Note: If you contact us to reserve a table at the e-mail-address or telephone number above, we will process your personal data (name, e-mail-address, telephone number) on a pre-contractual basis to secure your request with our online reservation tool. You will email confirmation about the status of your reservation and instructions to provide additional details if necessary.
If you request a reservation at any of our restaurants using the above calendar, our external online reservation tool will open up and any data you provide (contact details, special requests etc…) will be collected and transmitted to us by our service provider functioning as data processor.
We wish to provide the best service during your upcoming stay and all subsequent visits to our restaurants. Therefore, be informed that we may make service notes about, for example, your table and beverage preferences, and save this data for up to 3 years.
