The interaction between different approaches is the great advantage of the vitalPrävent concept.
Each participant gets an individual weekly schedule. Depending on the symptom pattern, this contains more sports units, additional treatments of Chinese medicine or increased myoreflex therapy. The combination of these treatment methods has been figured out perfectly. In myoreflex therapy, the muscle insertion and the origin of the pain are treated predominantly. Chinese medicine works on the meridians running through the body. For example, if someone complains about pain in the knees, they can often be relieved by treating the muscle chains and loops located there. But sometimes the cause of the pain might be found elsewhere in the body. Thus, in the case of knee pain, the gastric meridian runs upwards in a straight line and the treatment of the stomach or gastric meridians can lead to the relief of knee pain.

In conversation with Karina Lucian (SPA manager and physiotherapist at Burg Vital Resort) and Mag. Eva Ganster (sports scientist and therapist at Burg Vital Resort)
The concept vitalPRÄVENT consists in the holistic view of the human being. The three pillars of the vitalPRÄVENT week are the findings of nutritional science combined with the know-how of first class cuisine and an individually adapted sports and therapy program. Our hectic everyday life, stress, too little exercise, unhealthy diet and too little sleep bring body and mind out of balance. Health and well-being have a lot to do with prevention and so we want to show with this concept how you can change your life, thinking and feeling sustainably.

Helga and Fridolin Lucian
1961 Helga und Fridolin Lucian opened their "Burg Stüble", a small restaurant with terrace service, created from the family's barn. At first it was a "Milchtrinkstube", where skiers and walkers could take a break with a glass of fresh milk; but one year later, after being granted a restaurant licence, it became a cosy, traditional-style restaurant serving food and drink.
