The wellness and Vital Spa area at the 5*S Burg Vital Resort serves as a relaxation and rest zone for our guests. We therefore ask you to adhere to our Vital Spa etiquette:
- Smoking and cell phones in the entire Vital Spa area are not permitted.
- Please use the bathrobes and slippers in your room.
- During the fitness and relaxation program we recommend comfortable pants and shirts.
- The entire sauna area is a textile-free zone.
- Salt flotation tub: swimwear

Of course, we happily take your enquiry directly at the Vital Spa reception and provide you with competent advice on the choice of your personal program or treatments.

- Vital Spa reception: 9.00 am to 7.00 pm
- Indoor pool: 7.30 am to 8.00 pm
- Outdoor pool (during the summer season): 7.30 am to 8.00 pm
- Fitness room: 7.30 am to 8.00 pm
- Tepidarium: 9.00 am to 8.00 pm
- Spa lounge: 9.00 am to 8.00 pm
- Sauna village: 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm
- Sole pool: 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm
- vitalSOLE: 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm
- The sauna village, sole pool and vitalSOLE are open from 11 am onwards in bad weather!
- Hairdresser (appointment necessary): 9.00 am to 7.30 pm
Health conditions
In order to be able to care for you in the best possible and individual way, we ask you to already inform us about any health complaints when booking your treatments or your therapists. It is our concern to optimally tailor your treatments to you and your needs.
Spa check in
We recommend taking a seat at the Vital Spa reception or in our Vital Spa lounge already a few minutes prior to the begin of the treatment. Our therapists will make every effort to start your booked treatment on time. If you are unable to be on time for your treatment, the treatment will have to be shortened.
Children at Vital Spa
We kindly ask for consideration of the need for relaxation and recreation of other guests:
- Indoor pool: children only accompanied by an adult.
- Outdoor pool: from 15 years
- Sauna village: from 12 years
- vitalSOLE: from 12 years
- Fitness: from 16 years
- Solarium: from 18 years
Cancellations
Appointments may be canceled free of charge up to 6 hours prior to the start of treatment. We ask for your understanding that appointments cancelled at short notice will be charged.
Dogs
Unfortunately, our four-legged friends are not allowed access to our Vital Spa and to our outside sunbathing and pool area. Dog owners are held liable for their dogs.
