Born in Thuringia, he joined the kitchen team at Burg Vital Resort 5*S in 2014. He trained under none other than Thorsten Probost, who was in charge of the resort&#8217;s kitchen until 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But one thing at a time. Dominic is multi-talented, as his excellent training proves. He was born on April 19, 1989 in Schleiz, Thuringia. Have you ever heard of it? Schleiz is a district town in the Saale-Orla district and is located in south-eastern Thuringia on the Wisenta, a tributary of the Saale, on the plateaus of the Vogtland. He trained as a chef at the Relais and Ch\u00e2teaux Hotel Jagdhof in the Stubai Valley from 2005 to 2008. Together, they create new and varied interpretations of local and international dishes. They also show their commitment to Austrian classics in the restaurant Das Wirtshaus. When asked about his personal passion, Dominic goes into raptures: &#8220;Braised dishes&#8221; is his short, succinct answer.
